What’s so special about how you find 10s?
Well, for starters, our team navigates both “old school” recruiting methods and “here and now” social networking technologies to get you the best candidates, fast. Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, Zoom, Ning networks, LinkedIn? Check. We know them all and then some. And we navigate them like nobody’s business.
What kinds of lists do you use?
We use multiple resources, many of which are proprietary to Bankjobs ER. The first is our database of passive seekers who are looking on the hush-hush, and for very specific opportunities. And of course we’ve got mad skills when it comes to social networking. Add in our Bankjobs.com resume database (which we are the very best at using, if we do say so ourselves), as well as other proprietary mid- and senior-level executive lists, and that’s about ¾ of it. We could tell you the rest, but we’d have to kill you. And then that would be another job you’d need us to fill.
What kinds of jobs can you fill?
Titles we like to fill include: Director, CEO, President, COO, CFO, Controller, Chief Information Officer, EVP, VP, Market President, Regional President, Managing Principal, SVP, Chief Lending Officer, Risk Management Officer, etc. And we can fill those on behalf of banks or non-banks that like banking types. We’re as comfortable with bank IT hires as we are traditional banking jobs, because, simply, we know the heck out of banking.
What areas of expertise are in your base of seekers?
Commercial Lending is big. Mortgage Lending is also big, but that’s an area where it’s more important than ever to hire right because there are throngs of people who have only sub-prime experience, and you most likely don’t want that. Retail Banking, Trust Officers, Wealth Management, Branch Management, Credit Analysis, Strategy, Compliance and Risk Management, Internal Audit, Business Banking, Underwriting, Credit Administration, and even e-Marketing. We’re there.
What if I want to recruit for my own positions? Can I use your tools?
We love recruiters – and have helped hundreds of them to make a fortune filling jobs over the last 12 years. You’re always welcome to use traditional Bankjobs.com services instead of our Executive Recruiting (ER) arm. We offer resume database access in 3, 6, or 12-month increments, and single job postings to our site from $245 for an 8-week posting. But our proprietary candidate lists and social networking skills are not for sale – for that, you’ll need to hire Bankjobs ER on a contingency or retained search. (It’s a bargain, too.)
